Job summary

SAP UK&I is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support the Sales & Solution Advisory Apprenticeship Programme. You will help design onboarding for Customer Success apprentices, assist recruitment, and guide early-career talent through SAP journey milestones.

With a 6-month duration starting in September 2026, you will collaborate with the Apprenticeship Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure meaningful work, clear objectives, and strong support for the apprentices.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or project coordination (formal qualification not required) with the ability to plan, structure, and deliver initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: you will need to work with colleagues across different teams and seniority.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities: particularly supporting early-career talent.
• Empathy and interpersonal communication, you will need to build trust with apprentice and support diverse learning needs.
• An understanding of the B2B sales cycle or SAP ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a clear onboarding and development plan for sales and solution advisory apprentices, working with colleagues from around the SAP UK&I business to create meaningful enablement sessions for students
• Support recruitment activities and help identify great candidates
• Run regular 1:1s, providing coaching, feedback, and day‑to‑day support of apprentices.
• Partner with Sales Managers to review apprentice progress, celebrating successes and identifying development areas
• Work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager and wider teams to ensure apprentices have meaningful work, clear objectives, and a strong support network
