Job summary

SAP UK&I is recruiting for a Sales & Solution Advisory Apprenticeship Programme role. The position focuses on designing onboarding and development plans for 21 Level 6 apprentices, with plans to expand in the next three years. Duration: 6 months.

You will collaborate with SAP UK&I colleagues to enable meaningful learning experiences. You will support recruitment, run regular 1:1s, and coach apprentices, partnering with Sales Managers and the Apprenticeship Manager to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes or projects, with ability to plan, structure and deliver initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different teams and levels.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities, especially for early-career talent.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal communication to build trust with apprentices.
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle or SAP ecosystem is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver an onboarding and development plan for sales and solution advisory apprentices, coordinating with SAP UK&I teams.
• Support recruitment activities and help identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching and day-to-day support for apprentices.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to review progress and identify development areas.
• Work with Apprenticeship Manager and wider teams to ensure meaningful work and clear objectives.
