Are you a learning and development professional with significant experience in managing the full life cycle of Apprenticeships?

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about development and can define and deliver our apprenticeship strategy. You will be maximizing our levy to drive capability across our teams, increasing skills, and developing future talent.

With strong project management skills, you will have the ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate with a range of people, teams, and external suppliers from our Nottingham head office to our clubs across the UK.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Buzz's Apprenticeship Offer.
• Source appropriate apprenticeship programs tailored to the needs of individuals and Buzz. Collaborate with providers and subject matter experts to determine skills, competencies, and training requirements for each apprenticeship.
• Onboard external providers and support learners throughout their journey, ensuring the provider delivers what is needed for success.
• Oversee and manage the quality of apprenticeship provision by providers, establishing a quality assurance system to ensure measurements are appropriate and outcomes are excellent for colleagues.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience working with Apprenticeships, with good knowledge of processes from enrollment to EPA, including managing quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, project management, and IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, proven by experience working with both apprenticeship providers and apprentices.
