Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old due to safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with CRM, databases or SAP desirable.
• Must have full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Bosch Service Training portfolio to increase course uptake and revenue.
• Support sales plans development and help achieve revenue targets.
• Act as a key contact for customers, handling enquiries and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate training events at the Bosch Service Training Centre and nationwide locations.
• Manage resources to ensure efficient course delivery and accurate record updates via LMS.
