A leading energy company in the UK is seeking an Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist to ensure quality and compliance in apprenticeship programs. This part-time role requires collaboration with the Technical Training team and involves developing new compliance processes. National Grid is hiring an Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist on a part time basis (3 days a week) within the Development Programmes team, reporting to the Funding & Compliance Manager.
This role will work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training team and our leaders within the business to ensure that our apprenticeship strategy is realised, with a focus on quality of learning, DEI and business critical capabilities.

Our training centre is based in Eakring so although we are flexible on location you must be able to attend monthly on site meetings as well as some adhoc travel to different sites.
You must be a driver with a full UK driving licence.
A competitive salary between £48,374 - £57,012 per annum (pro rata)- dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
