Job description

At South Devon College, we are passionate about transforming lives through education and skills development. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Coach to join our growing apprenticeship team, supporting learners and employers throughout every stage of the apprenticeship journey. As a key member of the curriculum team, you will manage and coach a caseload of apprentices, providing guidance, progress reviews, pastoral support and end point assessment preparation, while building strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders.
