Job summary

Cirencester College in the United Kingdom is seeking learning coaches to support apprentices across Marketing, IT, Business Administration and HR. The role offers flexible, zero hours and permanent contracts with immediate start.

As a learning coach you will work one to one with apprentices, coach them through learning, coordinate training sessions and liaise with employers to ensure excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching or mentoring others is useful.
• Strong industry knowledge to pass on to learners.
• Excellent IT and organisational skills required.

We are particularly looking for coaches to support Marketing, IT, Business Administration and HR apprentices reach their potential and meet the standards necessary for their development and success with their employer.

As a learning coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting apprentices in a variety of work settings. You will work one to one with apprentices, offering outstanding levels of support whilst they complete their learning, and will coach them ready for their end point assessment. You will help to co-ordinate their attendance at relevant training sessions as well as liaising with their employer to always ensure excellent communication.

Meetings with apprentices and employers take place both remotely and face to face and all training will be given. You don't need to have worked in education before, but some experience of training, coaching or mentoring others could be useful. We are looking for strong industry skills which you can pass on to our young people so that they do well in your sector.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join our successful apprenticeship team and help to support our future workforce. The roles are extremely flexible, and we can offer hourly paid contracts which need to fit with employers and their apprentices and enable our apprentices to acheive.
