South Devon College in Paignton is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach for Electrical Installation to support learners through onboarding, assessments and End Point Assessment success. You will work closely with employers, curriculum teams and our Apprenticeship Support Team to deliver high-quality coaching, assessment and pastoral support, ensuring learners reach their full potential.

We require an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), AM2, Inspection & Testing qualifications and 18th Edition Wiring

As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting apprentices throughout every stage of their learning journey, from onboarding and initial assessments through to End Point Assessment success. Working closely with employers, curriculum teams and the College's Apprenticeship Support Team, you will provide high-quality coaching, assessment, pastoral support and progress monitoring to ensure learners achieve their full potential. We are seeking a qualified Electrical Installation professional with an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent industry qualification), AM2, Inspection & Testing qualification, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. You will have relevant industry experience, a good understanding of apprenticeships, and be confident using Microsoft 365. Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively with colleagues, apprentices and employers. A commitment to safeguarding, ongoing professional development, and a full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the county are required.
