Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths, English and Science) required or equivalent.
• Strong punctuality and ability to manage time effectively.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Drive to exceed targets and deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Servicing vehicles and carrying out checks per brand guidelines.
• Identify, repair and replace faulty components.
• Liaise with Service Advisors on repairs or work required.
• Maintain repair and service records.
• Keep work bay tidy and maintain safe, clean area.
• Consider customer impact on any vehicle activity and stay customer‑centric.
• Meet apprenticeship academic requirements and progress with provider.
