Job summary

TUI in Port Talbot is recruiting an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team and begin a two-year apprenticeship toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. You’ll learn to recommend holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more while delivering great customer service in-store and online.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and evenings as part of our apprenticeship development and support framework.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with enthusiasm for travel and holidays.
• Ability to learn and complete a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with travel ideas and close sales to meet targets.
• Assist customers face-to-face and virtually to plan holidays.
• Engage with shop colleagues to resolve questions or complaints.
• Learn and use TUI systems and online learning platform for assignments.
• Progress through practical and written tasks to achieve the Level 3 qualification.
