Job description

Assured Group Ltd is currently recruiting an Apprentice Trainee Accountant based at our Head Office – Warwick. As part of the Accounts team, you will be joining an established team of professionals enabling you to work in a positive forward-thinking company and environment with full support. This opportunity offers an immediate start to the right candidate. Reporting to the Company Accountant, duties will include all aspects of bookkeeping and company accounting. Shadowing and learning different aspects of each of the Duties by working with your Colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock
• Raising weekly Supplier Payments
• Liaising with Management for Costs
• Nominal Ledger including all inputs for Cash Book and Nominal Journals
• Reconciliations of Balance Sheet
• VAT Returns
• Payroll Journal Postings/Payroll Processing
• Production of monthly Management Accounts
• Reporting to Stake Holders
• Any other duties required
