Job summary

Circet UK is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Telecommunications Electrician to join our Wireless Division. You'll gain hands-on experience while completing a structured training programme, working with experienced engineers on telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.

This role provides full training and mentoring with no prior experience required. You’ll learn installation, maintenance, testing, safety procedures, cabling, and documentation while progressing through accredited

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence or be working towards obtaining one.
• Interest in telecommunications and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Support senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and testing of telecoms electrical systems.
• Learn to isolate electrical equipment safely and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with cabling, containment installation, and connection of power to telecoms equipment.
• Gain knowledge of electrical standards, labeling, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in site setup and shutdown, ensuring safety and client standards.
• Keep tools and vehicles organized and in good working order.
• Maintain records and help complete site forms and certifications.
• Work with a mentor to develop skills and complete on‑the‑job tasks.
• Apprenticeship with full training provided; no prior experience required.
• Genuine interest in telecommunications and electrical work.
