Lithia UK is offering a Vehicle Technician Apprentice role designed to blend hands-on dealership experience with structured training. You will work towards an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, with mentoring and a clear path to become a fully qualified Technician.
No prior automotive experience is required. The programme includes attending the Coventry Training Academy 13 blocks of 5 days each over a 3-year period, with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term
As a Vehicle Technician Apprentice, you'll combine hands‑on experience in our dealerships with structured training and the support of an experienced mentor. You'll work towards achieving an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician. You don't need previous experience in the automotive industry to apply. We don't expect you to know everything already, that's what the apprenticeship is for. If you're curious, motivated and willing to learn, we'll give you the training, support and mentoring you need to succeed and build a long-term career as a Vehicle Technician. Please note that if successful you will be required to attend the Training Academy in Coventry 13 times, for 5 days at a time ,for the duration of the 3 year programme.
