What You’ll Do Day To Day

• Service our vehicles by carrying out checks and maintenance according to brand guidelines
• Identify, repair, and replace faulty components and parts
• Liaise with Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work
• Maintain repair and service records
• Keep work bay and surrounding area tidy
• Consider the customer impact on vehicle activities, demonstrating our customer-centric approach
• Satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship by engaging with our provider and ensuring course progress
