Looking for a career that makes a real impact? Join Thames Water as a Level 3 Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Technician Apprentice! In this role, you'll help foster a safety-first culture, reduce hazards, and improve operational safety.
You will gain hands-on experience in promoting a safe, healthy workplace, preventing accidents, and supporting our safety and wellbeing strategies. Learn to apply key systems and standards that keep everyone protected and operations running smoothly.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across various sites in London and Thames Valley as part of this apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship covers safety, health, and environmental standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Thames Water values diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from all backgrounds and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
Start date: 1st September 2025
Base Location: Travel across Thames Valley and London sites.
Working hours: 36 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Programme Length: 15 months
Qualification: Level 3 SHE Technician Apprenticeship Standard
Entry Requirements: Minimum of two GCSEs at grade 4 or above in Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills in these subjects. Predicted grades are accepted if exams are pending.
