Day-to-day responsibilities

• Servicing vehicles according to brand guidelines, including checks and maintenance
• Identifying, repairing, and replacing faulty components
• Communicating with Service Advisors about repairs and work needed
• Maintaining accurate repair and service records
• Keeping work areas tidy and safe
• Considering customer impact in all activities, demonstrating customer-centric approach
• Engaging with our provider to meet academic requirements and ensure course progress
