Job summary

Ebor Gardens Primary Academy in Leeds is seeking an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team. We are committed to providing the best possible provision for our pupils and to helping every child reach their full potential.

You will form a teaching partnership with your class teacher and contribute to all parts of the school day, with a focus on supporting children with SEND both 1-2-1 and in small groups.

Qualifications

• A passion for supporting children with SEND needs (1-2-1 and small groups).
• A thorough understanding of engaging children and eliciting their best.
• A determined approach to achieving all children's success and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Form a teaching partnership with the class teacher and play a full part in all aspects of the school day.
• Support children with learning across the curriculum and assist with routine classroom tasks.
