Hesley Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Dragonby Road Adults' Service. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines, helping them live independently and participate in meaningful activities.
No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and alignment with our values. We provide first-class training, opportunities to progress, Level 2 qualifications, and a generous benefits package as described.

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. If you live outside of Scunthorpe a Driving Licence and vehicle would be required as due to the location, public transport is not available at the correct times.
You will have a FIXED rota of 4 days on and 2 days off.
This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 - 14:30)and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45 - 22:00).

We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
