Job summary

Shanly Homes is seeking an Apprentice Site Manager in Beaconsfield/Ascot to start a career in residential construction. You will work on live developments while undertaking a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship, under the guidance of experienced Site Managers.

You do not need prior site management experience; the role focuses on potential, attitude and commitment to learn, with one day per week of formal apprenticeship training over 15–18 months.

Qualifications

• No prior site management experience required; attitude and potential are key.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C to meet apprenticeship entry requirements.
• Commitment to completing Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship and training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations on residential developments.
• Assist with site administration, reporting and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
• Learn construction methods, drawings, regulations and health and safety practices on live sites.
• Progress toward an Assistant Site Manager role through structured development and reviews.
