Job summary

Isle of Wight Council seeks an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative to learn all aspects of school facilities management across multiple sites. You will work with a senior Site Manager, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to repairs, safety checks, and event setup.

Full on‑the‑job training leads to a recognised apprenticeship in Property Maintenance through Isle of Wight College. No prior experience required; GCSEs in maths/english are desirable. Closing date 2 November 2026.
