Superdrug Stores is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant at our Solihull store. You’ll serve customers with a smile, showcase Star Buys and help ensure everyone leaves feeling great. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and focused on learning with structured training.

You’ll train in-store for 12 months and complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with support from your team and tutor to grow into future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts.
• Not currently in any education.
• UK work eligibility; brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys to boost sales.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Engage with training and progress towards Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
