Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Birmingham is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our Star Buys, and ensuring everyone leaves feeling great.

You’ll train in-store for 12 months toward the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with flexible shifts, and strong support from your team and tutor to grow and progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Grade 4 / C GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in any education program.
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help the team smash store targets.
• In-store training with clear progression toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
