Job summary

EE’s Sales Apprenticeship starts with an hourly rate of £11.55, working in the EE Contact Centre at Stanford House Birchwood. The role offers a path to a full apprenticeship with a salary rising to £26,116 after completion.

During 15 months you’ll study for an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with one dedicated study day per week and tutor guidance. Staff discounts on EE products and online GP access are included.
