Job summary

EE's contact centre in Birchwood is offering a full-time Sales Apprenticeship with an hourly rate of £11.55. You will start with a salary of £22,527 rising to £26,116 after completing the 15-month apprenticeship, plus an uncapped commission scheme.

During the programme you’ll gain an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with one dedicated study day per week and coaching, while learning to speak with customers, understand their needs, and recommend EE products and services.
