The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Apprentice to join our sales department. This role is ideal for individuals eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a Sales Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager to learn about sales, customer communication, and gain product knowledge in the heavy haulage and project engineering industry.

• Learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies through comprehensive training sessions.
• Assist the Business Development Manager with prospecting, lead generation, and customer activities.
• Shadow the Business Development Manager during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain valuable hands-on experience.
• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm innovative sales tactics and strategies.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing CRM databases.
