Job description

We are a Nottingham-based charity dedicated to nurturing happier, healthier, and more connected local communities. We work together by sharing knowledge, expertise, and building relationships with communities in St Anns and Sneinton in Nottingham City.

Duties And Tasks

1. Content Creation:
   Develop content for social media, email, and blogs. Write marketing copy and collaborate on graphics and videos.
2. Social Media Management:
   Create, schedule, and post social media content. Engage with followers and analyse performance metrics.
3. Email Marketing:
   Design and send email campaigns. Segment lists, personalise messages, and track performance.
4. Market Research:
   Research market trends and customer preferences. Present data to support marketing strategies.
5. Campaign Support:
   Assist in planning and executing campaigns. Ensure campaign consistency across channels.
6. Data Analysis:
   Measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools. Prepare KPI reports and provide insights.

The apprentice's training will take place in-house, and they will also have an assigned Educator from Heart of England Training.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
