Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Healthcare Catering Management apprentice to join our catering team. You will support the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise a front‑of‑house team of up to 7 staff, ensuring friendly, professional service in a healthcare setting.

You will prepare, cook and reheat meals for core service times, monitor service quality and presentation, assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling, and ensure strict food safety and health &
