Superdrug is offering an Apprentice Sales Assistant position where you’ll serve customers, promote Star Buys, and help keep the store tidy and stocked. Training lasts 12 months in-store, with progression to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship and potential to become a Team Leader.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, excellent training, and a clear path to growth in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 4/C GCSE in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• Not currently in any education, and available for full-time shifts
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Brand new to retail

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked
• Play a key role in smashing store targets
