Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the action, serving customers with a smile and sharing our Star Buys. You'll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked while supporting store targets and building excellent customer service skills.

Your training lasts 12 months in-store with no college days, backed by a team tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship and develop into future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or higher.
• Clear communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Desire to develop in retail and progress through Apprenticeship.
• Flexibility to work 39 hours per week and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the shop floor neat, fully stocked and merchandised.
• Support store targets and learn on the job with guidance from tutors.
• Progress to Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with in-store training and assessment.
