Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant for 39 hours per week with flexible shifts. The role involves serving customers, promoting Star Buys, and keeping the store stocked while working toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Training occurs in-store over 12 months, with support from the team and a tutor. You’ll gain hands-on experience and a path to progression within Superdrug.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in any form of education; available for full-time shifts.
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys to drive sales.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked; help smash store targets.
• Embrace a fast-paced, hands-on role with training to grow toward a Team Leader position.
