Job summary

Superdrug in Bristol is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the action, serving customers, sharing Star Buys and keeping the store well stocked. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and offers real opportunities to progress into leadership with comprehensive training.

Your training lasts 12 months in-store, followed by a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with support from your team and tutor.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths (Grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in any education, available for full-time shifts.
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK and new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store well‑stocked and visually appealing.
• Help drive store targets through everyday sales activity.
• Participate in in‑store training and progression opportunities.
