Job summary

Superdrug is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant in the UK. You will serve customers with a smile, promote our Star Buys, and help keep the store stocked and looking great. The role focuses on on‑the‑shop learning with in-store training and progression toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You’ll receive hands-on experience, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow within the team. Training takes place in-store over 12 months, with support from tutors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in education.
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship previously.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store clean, well stocked and welcoming.
• Support team to smash store targets and learn on the job.
