Job summary

Superdrug in Torquay is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to serve customers, promote Star Buys, and keep shelves stocked with energy and enthusiasm. The role offers hands-on learning, a fast-paced environment, and real opportunities to progress.

Training occurs in-store for 12 months, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by the team and your tutor to grow with Superdrug.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or equivalent).
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in education.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and showcase Star Buys.
• Keep store clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Help drive store targets and support team goals.
• Participate in training and progression activities toward the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
