Job summary

Superdrug is recruiting an Apprentice Sales Assistant for 39 hours per week with flexible shifts. You’ll serve customers with a smile, showcase Star Buys, and ensure the store is tidy, stocked and welcoming for shoppers.

The training takes place in-store over 12 months, ending with a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by your team and tutor to grow, with real opportunities to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store well-stocked and looking its best.
• Play a key role in smashing store targets.
• Participate in hands-on learning and training toward progression.
