Superdrug is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant for our Redditch store. You will serve customers, showcase Star Buys and help keep shelves stocked, delivering great service with a smile.

Training runs in-store for 12 months toward the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with no college days. You’ll be supported by your team and a dedicated tutor to grow and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education, available for full-time shifts.
• Eligible to work in the UK and brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store clean, stocked and looking its best.
• Support store targets and learn through training.
