Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Redditch is recruiting an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of customer service, stock management and sales growth. You’ll learn on the job with a 12-month Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience and a clear path to future leadership.

The role is based in Redditch, 39 hours per week, with flexible shifts and a starting wage of £9.75 per hour. Training continues in-store with real responsibilities and supportive tutors.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths (minimum grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts.
• Not currently in any form of education.
• Brand new to retail and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help smash store targets and contribute to sales.
• Training in-store for the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship over 12 months.
