Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working as a full-time team member in our store, assisting with customer experience and learning retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment and career development opportunities supported by in-house training.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
• Promoting products and highlighting promotional offers
• Supporting stock rotation and promotional changes

Training occurs in-store over 12 months, culminating in a discussion, a multiple-choice test, and an observation, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A passion for learning
• Hardworking with a desire for variety in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in retail and ambition to progress
• Strong work ethic, team spirit, and flexibility
• GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent in English and maths
• Availability for full-time shifts and no current education commitments
• No prior retail apprenticeship or degree exceeding 1 year at university
• Eligibility to work in the UK and a keen interest in starting a retail career
