Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, assisting with customer experience and learning retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment with career development opportunities. Savers Sales Assistants are valued as potential future Supervisors, with skills development and in-house training provided.

Duties include:

1. Demonstrating exceptional customer service
2. Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
3. Promoting products and highlighting promotional offers to meet sales targets
4. Supporting promotion changes and stock rotation

Training occurs in-store over 12 months, with assessments including discussions, tests, and observations. Support is provided throughout to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail

Pay rate: £8.65 per hour
