Role overview

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, gaining experience in customer service and retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with career progression opportunities. Training is on-site for 12 months, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Understanding and maintaining the brand reputation
• Promoting products and highlighting offers
• Supporting stock rotation and promotional changes

Support and assessment will be provided throughout your training.

Candidate requirements

• Passion for learning and retail
• Hardworking, team player, flexible
• Strong work ethic with a desire to progress
• GCSE grade 4/C in English and maths (or equivalent)
• Available for full-time shifts, not currently in education, no prior retail apprenticeship or degree
• Eligible to work in the UK, new to retail

Pay rate: £8.65 per hour
