Job Opportunity: Apprentice Sales Adviser at Superdrug

Hours: 39 hours a week - 13 Month Contract
Salary: £9.50 Per Hour

What to Expect

As an Apprentice Sales Adviser, you'll need a positive attitude, supporting your team to achieve goals, and enjoying teamwork. Your main responsibilities include serving customers at the till, providing excellent service, and promoting our Star Buys. You'll also help maintain store presentation and stock levels, contributing to achieving store targets.

Our training is conducted in-store, so there are no college days. You will complete an end-point assessment at the end of your apprenticeship and, upon successful completion, earn a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Throughout your apprenticeship, your Assessor and Store Manager will discuss potential career progression opportunities, including roles such as sales advisor, team leader, or other retail positions. This experience will prepare you for larger challenges and future leadership roles within Superdrug.

What You Need to Succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change

Eligibility Criteria

• GCSE grade 4 / C in English and maths (or equivalent)
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
