Job summary

Cleansing Service Group Limited in Hexham, UK is seeking an apprentice to join our Maintenance & Repair team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers operational and administrative support across the team, with 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm.

This is an entry-to-mid level position designed to develop skills in a proactive, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have 4 GCSEs including English and Maths, demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• 4 GCSEs at grades A-C including English, Maths and a Science subject.
• Enrolled onto an apprenticeship to learn required knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Maintenance & Repair team.
• Coordinate and schedule work for field-based service engineers.
• Act as a central point of contact for customer communication (email and phone).
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate data entry within the CRM system.
• Prepare job documentation and raise paperwork for service engineers.
• Process post-service invoicing accurately and promptly.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
