Job summary

Government Recruitment Service, on behalf of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), is hiring an Apprentice Regulatory Compliance Support Officer in Chadderton. You will support enforcement teams, engage with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to ensuring road safety standards are met using MS Office tools.

The role involves learning remote enforcement processes, working on the light vehicle MOT scheme and other DVSA enforcement areas, and collaborating with REO staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support DVSA enforcement teams with remote enforcement products.
• Assist tasks related to light vehicle MOT scheme, HGV and PSV schemes.
• Gather and analyse information from customers and colleagues across the organisation.
• Engage as part of regional and national REO Teams.
