DVSA supports the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency’s mission in enforcing road safety and compliance. The Apprentice Regulatory Compliance Support Officer works within a team of Enforcement professionals to deliver enforcement products and provide analysis from customers and partners nationwide.

Based in Swansea, this role emphasizes flexibility, stakeholder interaction, and delivering accurate information to support DVSA targets while benefiting from civil service pension and generous leave

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail in document handling and compliance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Learn, understand and deliver remote enforcement products.
• Conduct tasks in relation to the light vehicle MOT scheme.
• Gather and analyse information from customers, external partners and colleagues across the organisation.
• Engagement and involvement as part of the regional and national REO Teams.
