Job summary

Renault Trucks UK, part of the Volvo Group, offers an Apprentice Recruiter Level 3 programme on-site for fourteen months. You will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding under a mentor within Renault Truck Commercials.

With growing electric truck initiatives, this role provides exposure to multiple recruitment channels, KPI tracking and potential progression to Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship programme requiring completing English and Maths level 4 or exemption.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• On-the-job training with a mentor within Renault Truck Commercials HR.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for dealership and central admin roles.
• Liaise with hiring managers regarding resource requirements.
• Create advertising material for online adverts and marketing.
• Use databases, social networking and events to attract candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates before interviews and plan schedules.
• Support interviews and produce recruitment KPIs and costs.
• Ensure resourcing plans are managed and apprentices are inducted.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
