Job summary

Galliford Try is offering a Summer 2027 intake for an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor as part of the UK’s leading Trainee Development Programme. You will gain hands‑on experience, academic qualifications, and a supported path to a recognised qualification in this field.

The 18‑month development programme includes structured modules, reporting duties, cost control, procurement exposure, and a graduation event on completion. Full-time apprenticeship with funded study support.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this apprenticeship.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.
• Willingness to learn, grow and contribute to projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial administration and reporting on a large project or multiple schemes.
• Support cost reporting and value to the business unit using internal tools.
• Assist in the procurement of subcontract partners and bid evaluation.
• Contribute to change management and monthly payment processes.
