Heidelberg Materials UK is offering a structured Level 6 Quantity Surveyor Higher Apprenticeship in Whitwick. You will learn across commercial contract management while earning a salary and gaining hands-on project exposure from day one.

The programme leads to becoming a qualified Quantity Surveyor, with part-time study linked to your role and dedicated mentorship to support your development.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, team player and excellent communicator required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract management and negotiation of terms with suppliers.
• Help establish financial controls, monitor revenue and costs, and produce reports.
• Support procurement and subcontractor engagement activities.
• Monitor payments and ensure accurate reporting throughout contracts.
