Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited seeks an experienced Apprentice Manager based in Dunstable to lead the development and oversight of apprentices across the business. You will manage the apprenticeship journey, collaborating with colleges, training providers and site teams to ensure effective training and progression.

Responsibilities include overseeing funding arrangements, ensuring correct claims and records, and maximizing CITB grants to support a robust pipeline of skilled workers for a housing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in apprenticeship management or coordination
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and CITB grants
• Experience working with colleges, training providers and site/operational teams
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple apprentices/programmes

Responsibilities

• Manage and support apprentices throughout their journey from onboarding to completion
• Monitor attendance, progress, performance and provide support as needed
• Work with colleges, training providers and site managers to ensure appropriate training and support
• Develop relationships with operational teams to support apprentices in the workplace
• Manage apprenticeship funding arrangements and identify grants
• Maintain accurate apprenticeship records and training information
• Track funding claims and ensure timely submission
• Monitor programmes to ensure compliance with requirements and standards
• Provide regular updates on apprentice progress, funding and completion
• Support the business in building a pipeline of skilled future employees
