Job summary

RH Commercials in Coventry is offering an 18-month Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme that blends hands-on work with formal training. You’ll help customers find and order the right vehicle parts, prepare parts for workshop repairs and support service teams during busy periods.

This is a full-time role with rotating shifts and includes the Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship qualification, ongoing training, and progression opportunities plus employee discounts and a cycle to work

Qualifications

• GCSEs (English & Maths) at grade 4/C or higher.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Interest in vehicles, trucks or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts
• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries
• Process sales, payments and returns
• Prepare parts for workshop repairs
• Carry out stock checks
• Work closely with service and workshop teams
