Job summary

RH Commercials in Northampton is offering a hands-on 3-year Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme to become a qualified Parts Advisor. You will learn by doing in a busy team, handling parts orders, quotes, sales and workshop prep.

This full-time apprenticeship provides ongoing training, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), cycle to work scheme and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in vehicles, trucks or the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts.
• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries.
• Process sales, payments and returns.
• Prepare parts for workshop repairs.
• Carry out stock checks.
• Work closely with service and workshop teams.
