Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group invites applicants to join LloydBMW/MINI Newcastle as an Apprentice Parts Advisor. This permanent, full-time role at a premium centre combines on-the-job learning with off-the-job training, supported at every step.

You will learn to serve customers, manage stock, and uphold department standards. The programme includes Level 2 Customer Service training at the Manufacturer's Training Centre, with a nationally recognised qualification on completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grades 4+ in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications).
• Team player.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to operate well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
• To receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and to advise management if stock is low.
• Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained for both stores and retail section of the Parts Department.
• Ensuring promotions and practices produced by Parts Management are promoted when speaking to customers.
• To participate in the annual formal stock check.

The Role:

To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.

The Training:

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service

Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.

Applicants must possess the following:

GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
